Evan is a senior broker at CARR Real Estate in NYC. He is a commercial real estate broker specializing in tenant representation focusing on users looking to buy or lease commercial property in NY.  Some of his clients include some of the largest hospital systems, urgent cares, veterinary offices, dental offices and small medical practices and office users.

Prior to working in commercial real estate Evan had a long career in healthcare finance, both at hedge funds and the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs.  At one point in time he was Senior manager and partner of trading at a $10 billion long/short statistical arbitrage book specializing in global healthcare equities known as Caxton Associates.  Evan began his career as analyst in the healthcare investment banking division at Goldman Sachs.  Evan graduated from New York University with a degree in economics in 2004.
